type of training to do at a gym for bulking up and increasing strength?
I’m planning on joining the marines in August and i tried workouts at home but that just keeps giving me injuries, so im gonna join a gym. What type of workouts do i do, or should i just go there and ask a fit guy to train me?
I guess i should put that im not fat im actually a bit underweight, because i have a fast metabolism.
Also no performance enhancing drugs like steroids I like to earn
